FUNDAMENTALS OF CAKE DESIGNING

A 4-day class about the process of designing and finding sources of inspiration for custom designed cakes. Students will learn how to develop individual style as they work on their unique and individually designed cakes. Learn how to use pre-made cake toppers, risers, bases and strofoam dummies to enhance the look of each project.

This class is designed for students who have some cake decorating experiences.
