A 3-day class on baking scrumptious dessert cakes from scratch such as Moist Pineapple and Carrot Cake with Walnut Cream Cheese Filling, Chocolate Black Out Cake with Truffle Toffee Crunch Filling, Triple Berry Cake with White Chocolate Mousse and Pistachio Filling and our all time favorite, Tres Leches. Students will be presented the importance of flavor, texture and mouthfeel of each dessert. Students will also be shown how to arrange an elegant buffet table featuring all the cakes that were finished during the class. A modern and exciting presentation to traditional cakes.
