Gumpaste flowers, edible food products, cupcake liners, cake dummies, cake pans, instructional videos, books, cake stands, silicone molds, cutters, magazines, bulk orders, discounted items, seasonal items, gift certificates and special orders are NOT RETURNABLE. ONLY STORE CREDITS will be issued for other orders if you changed your mind about a product or products that you ordered and would like to return it after it has been shipped out to you as long as the product has not been opened, used or damaged. NO EXCHANGES OR CASH REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED FOR NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS.
Shipping Offers and Limitations
Promotional codes and free shipping are not valid for wholesale orders. Gift Certificates sold at a lower price of its face value cannot be used for sale items nor can it be used towards the shipping cost. Topsy Turvy Cake pans are the only item not eligible for any of our promotions as we offer more than 50% discount on this product. Should your parcel be more than $100 in local shipping cost, we will try to get a better pricing for you and you will receive an email as to which is the best rate that we can find. The cost may or may not be reflected when your order is generated. Rest assured that we will try to find a better shipping rate for all orders placed within the method of your choice. By placing an order from our website, you are agreeing to waive signature confirmation should you choose Ground, USPS Priority Mail and Parcel Post shipments. USPS Express Mail and UPS Express shipments always require a signature and your order will not be left if no one is available to sign for the package.
Promotional codes including Gift Certificate numbers cannot be combined and sale items cannot be returned. Only one code will work at the time of your purchase. Gift Certificates sold at a lower price of its face value cannot be used for sale items nor can it be used towards shipping costs. Expired Gift Certificates will not be honored beyond its expiration date. All sales are final for items sold at a discounted price. No exchange or returns will be accepted for items bought during promotional period once the order has shipped. Previously purchased items cannot be refunded for the sale price during promotional periods. We will not honor returns and no RMA will be issued on products purchased on an earlier date to be bought at a lower price during a sale campaign.
To Report Missing or Damaged Orders
You may call our customer service department at 818.552.2460 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you receive a damaged or wrong item. An authorization number will be given to you. After we receive the damaged or wrong item/s; we will ship out a replacement, refund or store credit, whichever is applicable. Should you request a refund for a damaged item, it will be issued back to the same credit card that was used when you made the purchase after we receive the item/s. All conditions of our return policy must be met for a refund. A full refund amount will be for the amount of the item/s that was purchased, shipping cost is non-refundable and we will not issue a refund for the cost of shipping of the item/s that you want to ship back to us. Items must be in the original package/box and must be unused.
Authorization numbers should be clearly printed on the outside of the box. NO RETURNS will be accepted without an authorization number. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date. Postages and class-fees are non-refundable. Please ship your package with adequate insurance for the value of the contents. If your merchandise is lost or damaged while returning, Petal Crafts will not assume responsibility. Please include the sales receipt and packaging list with your returns. We have been shipping our products all over United States and beyond since 2003 with high success rate. However, if you receive our products damaged, you must report it within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise.
Please save your shipping box/es. It is needed for inspection as proof of mishandling. Claims cannot be made for damaged goods if it is not reported within 24 hours after receiving the product/s and the box/es are discarded.
Because our items vary in shipping weight, volume and shape, it is difficult for the system to calculate accurate shipping rates. Hence, the shipping rates that are given in your cart are estimates. Your credit card shall be with billed the correct amount after the box has been shipped. We bill the shipping at cost.
If we made a mistake and we shipped the wrong item, please give us a call within 24 hours after receiving your package and we will correct our error. Any refused orders will be charged the shipping costs plus a restocking fee of 20%. Due to an increase of instances of credit card fraud, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card used. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will re-ship the order at the customers' expense. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges.
